Client Story
“I’ve built a confident body in 2022, so can you”
Over the last 3 years, life has been different to say the least. We were in an out of a pandemic, thus getting any continuity on exercise has been near impossible. As we begin to recover, most people have realised, including myself, that we all need to be kinder to ourselves. Our bodies response to the stress and load over recent times has been immense and we are only just starting to heal.
This is having been evident especially with our first responders. As an allied health clinic, we felt the stress of the restrictions and the continued use of protective equipment. Our experience pales into comparison to the protective equipment utilized by our hospitals and hospital staff. The health professionals and support staff deserve mentioning, not only did they and continue to keep the health system afloat, they saved many lives along the way by their tireless and devoted work.
We salute you!
That is why it is fitting that our first confident body story for the year of 2023 be about a front-line nurse who overcame adversity and exhibited resilience in overcoming her pain and stress. This is Rachel Martin at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Our client story delves deep into how Rachel overcame adversity to come through her work stronger and in better shape than ever. Let’s dive right in.
